In Your Face - Paul Tyndall
POW! Right in the smacker!
Whether you want to support our community leaders in their charitable efforts, or (let a pie) fly in the face of authority, here’s the event for you!
Good-natured manufacturer Paul Tyndall, President of Barrie’s Innovative Automation, has willingly set himself up as a target for a cream pie from the most generous donor (or proxy!) to his personal In Your Face fundraising event campaign – which is designed to support the 25+ programs and services funded by United Way Greater Simcoe County (UWGSC). He is one of nine high-profile participants in this year’s January pie-throwing fundraiser.
Pies will be launched during the second intermission of the Barrie Colts’ game on Jan. 28, 2012. The nine donors who win the right to throw a pie at the participant they targeted will also receive a ticket to the game courtesy of the home team.
All donations will support this year’s $1.75 million UWGSC campaign goal. Donors will receive a charitable tax receipt and a certificate of participation with a picture of their chosen pie recipient taking one in the face for charity.
Thanks so much for your community investment!
